Its Been Rev-Bealed ... That a Hollyoaks Actress is set to join Eastenders as Lucy Beale. 

Emma Rigby has apparently Joined the cast of the soap and will make her first on screen apparence in December, Lucy Beale was played by Melissa Suffield.

Lucy Beale Departed The SQ In Summer' 2010, and will return Later this year, Bryan Kirkwood in July this year confirmed that Both Lucy and Peter will be back. its also been reported that Peter Beale will be back on the sq, and he has already started filming with the soap.

Suffield was Axed from the soap in 2010 after, she broke the BBC Rules on more that one times. It Was Later confirmed in Summer 2010, that Lucy would be recast.

Emma Rigby has worked with Bryan Kirkwood, (The Boss) In Hollyoaks, where he came from before he toke the Job as  Executive producer in 2010, Emma Rigby/BBC have still yet to confirm this.
